Service Designer

The role

As a Service Designer at Reodor you will be responsible for designing holistic service experiences and customer journeys across touchpoints in client projects where we go from insight and prototyping to testing and implementation – both to create new services or to upgrade an existing one. You excel in presenting to clients, and developing and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions. You conduct qualitative research using design research techniques and turn insights and identified opportunity spaces into differentiating service experiences. Mapping user journeys, and helping companies define better processes to enable a great user experience, is your second nature. You are proficient in sketching, visualizing, prototyping and other service design techniques like blueprinting, value proposition design, root cause analysis, service specifications, giga mapping and concept/scenario testing.

With your background and passion for service design you have learned the field academically and/or through some years of working experience, in-house or in a design agency. You master tools such as, or similar to, Miro, Figma, Keynote, Custellence, the Adobe suite, in addition to your sharpie for doodling, and you are constantly curious about finding and learning new, efficient tools and ways to design.
